Great experience with Tropical Garden Supply! I purchased pea rock and leveling sand for a small project at home, and the whole process was fast and easy. The staff was extremely helpful and made everything simple from start to finish. If you have a small project at home and need pea rock, their prices are much better than buying individual bags at a big-box store. It was convenient, affordable, and the quality was great. I’ll definitely be coming back for my future home projects. Highly recommend Tropical Garden Supply!

I had a great experience with Tropical Garden Supply over the last two days. Their customer service was excellent—everyone I spoke with was super polite, professional, and genuinely eager to help. There was a small miscommunication regarding pickup versus delivery, and while it wasn’t necessarily on their end, they immediately took ownership of the situation and worked to make it right. They went above and beyond by offering delivery the very next day, which I truly appreciated. It’s refreshing to work with a company that values its customers and is proactive about resolving issues. Because of this experience, I would absolutely recommend Tropical Garden Supply to my friends and family. In the future, if I need any landscaping or garden supplies, they will definitely be my first call.

I recently visited Tropical Garden in Pembroke Pines, and I had a fantastic experience. One of the highlights was the easy parking; there’s ample space on one side of the office, which made it convenient to get in and out without any hassle. The dispatch area is located on the opposite side, but the layout is well-organized, making navigation simple. Upon entering, I was impressed by how clean and tidy everything was. The store is clearly well-maintained, and the organization of the materials makes it easy to find exactly what you need. They have a great stock of gardening supplies, plants, and landscaping materials, ensuring that you won’t leave empty-handed. I also appreciated that the store wasn't overcrowded, which meant I didn’t have to wait long in line. The checkout process was quick and efficient. What truly stood out, however, was the exceptional customer service. The staff were knowledgeable, friendly, and eager to assist with any questions I had.
